Initial release of the Knewvia™ application. Welcome!
Knowledge, Simplified
What it does: Knewvia™ is an AI platform that automatically groups related news from multiple sources and creates intelligent, unified summaries for professionals.
"Understand a story in just a few seconds, instead of spending 30 minutes or more reading countless articles."
It costs less than a single professional news subscription but gives you an overview of dozens of sources.
About Knewvia™
Our mission at Knewvia™ is to deliver clear, accessible, and insightful news analysis. We are currently in a public beta phase to ensure our platform meets the highest standards of quality and reliability before a full commercial launch.
During this initial period, we are offering a free plan with access to our core AI summarization features. The free plan includes:
- Up to 5 AI Summaries/day
- Access to 3 Categories (Politics, Technology, Business)
- Access to latest news
- Access to 48-hour news history
- Access to full AI features
- Article access delayed by 12 hours
We believe that building a truly exceptional product requires collaboration with a strong community. Your feedback is not just welcome; it is crucial in helping us refine our technology and shape the future features of Knewvia™.
Advanced plans for intensive professional and team use will be introduced once we have perfected the experience based on valuable input from early users like you.
How It Works
Knewvia™ uses the Newsdata.io API to fetch news articles based on your search criteria. It then uses a powerful AI model (either Google Gemini or OpenAI's GPT) to read and summarize the content. The application clusters similar articles together to provide a single, comprehensive summary of a news event.
Summary Card Details
Each AI-generated summary is accompanied by up to 5 links to the most relevant articles that contributed to that summary. These articles are carefully selected to provide diverse perspectives and ensure the accuracy of the summarized information.
Please note that each time you perform a search, it counts as one AI summary. Performing the same search multiple times will consume multiple summaries from your daily allowance.
Daily Summary Allowance
Your daily summary allowance is a key feature of your plan. Here’s how it works:
- Universal Reset Time: To ensure fairness and consistency for all our users worldwide, the daily summary count resets for everyone at the same time: midnight UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). This means the reset does not happen at midnight in your local timezone, but at a single, global time.
- Usage Tracking: The number of summaries you have left for the day is shown in the user menu, helping you keep track of your usage.
Search Fields
You can refine your news search using the following fields:
- Keywords: Enter specific words or phrases to find articles containing them. This search will look for the keywords anywhere in the article, including the title, URL, meta description, or meta keywords.
- Keywords in title: Enter keywords to find articles where they appear specifically in the title. This helps narrow the results to articles most relevant to your keywords.
- Categories: Select one or more categories to filter news by topic (e.g., Technology, Sports, Business).
- Language: Determines the language of the article's text. This allows you to read news in your preferred language.
- Country: Determines the nationality of the news source that published the article. For example, you could search for articles written in English (Language) from sources based in Italy (Country) to see how the Italian press covers a topic for an international audience.
- Date Range: Specify a start and end date to find articles published within that period.
(Note: This feature is temporarily disabled during the beta phase). - Search on a specific site: Enter a domain name (e.g.,
example.com
) to search for news only from that website.
Advanced Search Operators
You can use logical operators in your keyword searches for more precise results:
- Single Keyword: To search for a single keyword, simply enter the word.

- Exact Phrase: To search for an exact phrase, enclose the phrase in double quotes.
